$147.00 a month (total over 12 months will be $1764.00).
Your appointment payment will be drafted with the card info you select below and at the date you select below.
Each month you may choose from these four options:
•A physical wellness assessment with a home exercise plan for improving joint and muscular strength, mobility, and overall physical health.
•Integrative nutrition health coaching (Holistic Health)
•Up to one laser treatments (Time varies per concern; This could be between 4 and 15 minutes only and each.) Time utilized counts as part of your available 60 minute appointment.
•Massage and myofascial release and/or stretching services
You may also schedule additional appointments each month for $185.00 per 60 minutes, except for any laser treatments. Additional laser treatments will be 59$ per treatment: 4-15 minutes each.
